PERFECT FOR US

This was perfect for us and just what we were looking to add to our back porch on a tight budget. Took about 10 hours for us to complete with two people taking our time. Love that the kit includes extra hardware, so no worries if you drop and lose a screw, washer or small part. We attached it to our fascia but made sure to find the roof beams to screw into. it feels very solid once assembled and secured to the concrete footing, it doesn't shake or move at all. Couple of things to improve on or be aware of: 1. Some of the holes on the roof don't align when assembling, so we had to tap some additional holes, at the corners of the tin sheets you are trying to line up 5 holes. 2. Instructions were sufficient, but could certainly be more detailed, with larger/zoomed in images of how things line up...just more instructions and images would have been helpful. 3. be careful when assembling the cross beams of the roof, the screws tie into rivet nuts which can loose their grip if forced or too over tightened. Tip: apply a sealant over the screws on roof as you assemble the roof, we did not and it definitely leaked at the screws even with the plastic washers, so we have had to go back and apply a sealant around roof screws, wish we had done that as we assembled the roof. Also seal existing unused holes if you need to new holes in case they don't line up.

1.What should I do if the logistics tracking hasn't been updated?

We will deliver your products to the logistics provider as soon as possible after receipt of the order, and you will receive the tracking number. They then repack the items to maintain the integrity of the packaging. While this may sound unusual, occasional situations like this can arise. Although we hope to avoid such occurrences, they might happen unexpectedly. If you discover any issues with the product after installation, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the matter. This problem is common with heavier cases and is not usually seen with regular products.

3.Why is there a slight difference between the product received and the advertising pictures?
